How we hire
We know about the urgency of a job application, combined with a feeling of uncertainty. That is why we want to be as transparent as possible about our recruitment process.
1. Review application
We will review the submitted application and respond as soon as possible.
2. Call with HR Specialist
In case of a positive review, our recruiter will contact you to clarify questions on both sides.
3. Coding task
To get an impression of your way of problem-solving, we provide a coding task. As we appreciate the invested effort, we will carefully review your work and share an honest and detailed feedback.
4. First Interview
The first interview is usually done with one of our HR specialists and one of our senior developers. After getting to know each other, the coding task serves as a discussion starter.
5. Second Interview
In the second interview, you will meet your manager and talk to one of the developers of your prospective team. Also, it usually turns out to be a friendly talk and less structured interview.
The whole interview process can be done remotely. However, we aim to have at least one interview in person, as this is usually combined with an office tour and a lunch together with some team members.
