To support our Corporate Strategy Department at our Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for your reinforcing know-how in a permanent position as
Pricing Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Objectives and responsibilities of this role
- Pricing Direction: Formulate a pricing direction taking into
account the local market specificities in our three major core
regions Europe, Middle East and USA
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement a long-term pricing
strategy for our services and segments, considering internal
business objectives, as well as external challenges
- Pricing Structure: Define and optimize pricing structure for
project and service business. Define clear roles,
responsibilities, and approval gates to ensure target
achievement
- Pricing Process Evaluation and Performance Measurement:
assess current pricing processes and workflows to identify
inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Define key performance
indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure price realization and
identify areas requiring attention
- Process Design and Implementation: Develop and implement
standardized price setting and price getting processes
- Process Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of
pricing processes, including process maps, standard operating
procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Change Management: Collaborate
with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance,
and operations. Foster strong relationships and effective
communication channels to drive process improvements and change
management by effectively communicating changes, providing
training, and supporting stakeholders and local sales
organization throughout the transition.
Required skills and qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, business
engineering or a related fields. At least 3-5 years of proven
experience in B2B-pricing management, ideally from a pricing
management consultancy
- Strong knowledge of price methodologies (price setting,
price structure for project and service businesses) as well as
commercial processes and methodologies, ideally in the
B2B-service, construction or project related industries
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with
the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
effectively. Proficiency in process mapping and documentation
tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the
ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop effective
solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with
the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of
the organization
- Change management skills to drive process adoption and
manage resistance to change
- Intrinsic motivation to continuously challenge status quo
while considering which changes and improvements create relevant
benefits and impact
- And last but not least a detail-oriented mindset with a
focus on accuracy and quality
- Fluency in English and German is a must
